Preventative Maintenance

Master Heating and Cooling offers to all of our customers, residential and commercial, a Preventative Maintenance Agreement program.

Residential participants receive 2 complete system check ups per year, one in Spring and one in Fall/Winter.

Commercial properties are recommended to have check ups quarterly.

Each check up consists of an 18 Point inspection/cleaning:

AIR HANDLER                                                                             

• check thermostat                                                                  
• check heater AMP.draw strips
• check and clean heater
• check for proper condensation
• check safety controls
• check airflow
• check coil
• check wiring

HEAT PUMP

• clean unit and coils
• check refrigeration pressures
• check refrigerant leaks
• check compressor
• check contactors
• check electrical components
• check safeties
• check amperage and voltage
• check wiring
• check for operating temperature
